Overview

The report draft feature allows admin to draft report on admin portal and HR can only see the report after it has been drafted on the portal.

This feature improves efficiency by enabling centralized access of reports to HR portal so that no bad reports or incomplete reports are shown to clients.

Purpose

Managers often see multiple reports that are not yet completed. So

• We provide an option of draft report to admin
• Admin oversee the report and mark it as draft
• Only the drafted reports are shown to manager

How It Works and where this option is available

1. This option impacts the person page where the report is created
2. The draft button with who drafted the report is shown below every drafted report.
3. This option is available only to admins.
4. This impacts the HR portal as non drafted reports managers won’t be able to see.
5. Person list contain reports section as well and will show what reports are drafted or not.

Access Control

Only admins have the right to control this feature

Benefits

• No incomplete reports will be shown to clients
• Reports will be drafted and never overlooked
