Basic features

1. Managing Bgv check (Tarun)
   • Create or edit check such as verification id, name, category, tat days etc.
   • Add attachments, check Infos and price
   • Bgv checks can be public or private
2. Managing packages (sharad sir)
   • Create package
   • Edit package price, add checks and edit name, description.
   • make private and public a package
   • package can be public, private and invalid
   • delete package
3. Create and edit person (Deepak)
   • with or without company
   • Admin, manager or candidate
   • Adding checks and packages to person
   • Invite person
   • Consent
   • Allow or disallow login 3A. Import Persons (Ahsan) 3B. View person list - check sorting and filtering (Deepak) 3B. Export person list (Deepak) 3c. Bulk persons action - Archive, invite, disallow login (Deepak)
4. Creating Orders for person (Ahsan)
   • Create order
   • Add checks and packages to order
   • Delete order
   • Remove checks and packages from order
   • can not delete order if any check is in progress
   • Add checks or packages to existing order
   • Archive or unarchive person
5. Manage order check (Tarun)
   • Update due date, and remove due date
   • Update assignee and remove assignee
   • Add different type of comments such as a. public - visible to clients and in report b. private - visible to admin only c. events - manage timeline of check verification process
   • Update check status
   • Insufficiency mail sent to insuff mail specified in company
   • Mark complete check and set risk level
   • undo mark complete and set next status of the check
   • Add or update check infos
   • Run service if check using any external verification service a. only run if related check infos exists. b. after getting result, automatically mark complete the check.
   • Add attachments, remove and perform OCR.
   • Add attachments to public comment also
   • delete and revoke comments

6. Manage company (Ahsan)
   • Create company - contact number, post paid and GST applicable
   • Edit company - Add verification issue email, assigned admin for this company, contract expiry
   • Add checks to company (Add manual price, instruction, tat days)
   • Add package to company (Add manual price)
   • Edit or delete existing package or checks.
7. Report management (Tarun)
8. Test individual features e.g. services, payment, Super manager.
9. Login
   • B2C - forgot password, email login, google login, signup
   • Admin - google login
   • HR - email login, forgot password
